Peaches
Coordinator: Melissa Austin
Every year, the Booster Club partners with an orchard in Palisade, Colorado to sell peaches, jams, and salsas. The ordering period is usually during the month of July with a delivery date in mid–August. This is typically our second biggest fundraiser of the year.
Profits are eligible for a 75/25 split between individual families and the general booster fund.
Shopping Extravaganza – September 28th!
Coordinator: Karen Tepoorten
The Castle Rock Outlets offer a fundraising opportunity for non-profit organizations every year during the fall months. This is a one day event filled with prizes, shopping, and team bonding.
Individuals purchase a ticket to support their non-profit for $30. This ticket includes:
- Lunch (2024: In-and-Out)
- 2 raffle tickets
- 2 wine drink tickets
- 2 grand prize drawing tickets
$20 of your ticket purchase goes back to Incline 75/25 split! In addition the Outlets have 3 raffle ticket drawings throughout the day and pull thousands of tickets out at each one. Each winning raffle ticket receives a gift card to one of the outlet stores. The grand prize drawing takes place at the end of the day and has included prizes such as full luggage sets, winter coats, purses, $200 gift cards, full cookware sets, and much more. Extra raffle tickets can be purchased at the event and this money goes into a large prize pot. The large prize pot is split on a percentage basis among groups who sell over 75 tickets. The group that sells the most tickets and has the highest percentage of check-ins at the event wins the biggest percentage of the prize pot. Incline has won this for the past several years and has received over $9,000 from this. Profits made from ticket sales are eligible for a 75/25 split between individual families and the general booster fund. Profits made from the prize monies will be placed in the booster general fund.
